Bishop Robert C. Perry, II was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 23, 1975 and currently resides in Randolph, MA with his loving wife Lady Danette N. Perry. They are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Anthony, Taylor, Kyndal and Camryn.
Bishop Perry was raised with the wisdom of God through two anointed parents, the late Reverend Robert C. Perry, Sr. and Reverend Lorene Turner. He began his Christian learning and the essence of biblical teaching at Bibleway Christian Center, under the tutelage of Reverend Willie S. James and at age seventeen, Bishop Perry joined in fellowship at New Testament House of Worship founded by his father. With impeccable instruction and example to advise him, Bishop Perry accepted his call to preach the Gospel in 1992. At New Testament he was afforded the opportunity to develop in the areas of worship and obedience to God by serving as youth pastor, worship leader and choir director, which would all prove to be provident ministries with skills that would translate into his pastoral delegation.
After his father’s transition in 1996, Bishop Perry served as Minister of music, Overseer of Worship and Assistant Pastor under his father’s successor, Reverend Anthony L. Anderson. Though consistently called to serve and share the Good News in song and the spoken Word both locally and nationally, Bishop Perry didn’t forsake the importance of obtaining a solid educational foundation, completing studies at Newbury College.
In preparation for an accelerated move in his life, God deposited in Bishop Perry a mandate to teach the “Kingdom Agenda” through effectual instruction and a passionate lifestyle of praise and worship. On Sunday, October 15, 2000, in obedience to God’s advancement, Bishop Robert C. Perry, II became the Founder and Pastor of Kingdom Builders' Worship Center, Inc. The vision is simple: “establish the Kingdom of God in the earth as it is in Heaven” as instructed in Matthew 6:10. Founded on this principle, the ministry has grown from twenty-five members at its inception, to a congregation of over 700 “Kingdom Builders”.
On December 31, 2003, Kingdom Builders' Worship Center merged with Mt. Olive Temple of Christ founded in 1966 by Reverend Susie B. Thomas. Built upon a strong, biblically strategic foundation, “The Kingdom Church” continues to enlarge its territory with a steady increase in membership and finances, fruitfully growing “kingdom builders” that boast Bishop Perry as their spiritual father worldwide. Bishop Perry is gifted and trained in the establishment of church administration and its principles are implanted throughout The Kingdom Church to assure continued growth through integrity, effectiveness and accountability in the operation and purpose of the church. The Kingdom Church continues to focus on the unique challenges and needs of today’s families and urban communities. Bishop Perry desires that all mankind would experience the presence and anointing of God through his ministry. Therefore, with a strong focus on education, Bishop Perry continues to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ with enthusiasm, tenacity and under the direction of the Holy Spirit, aiding in the restoration of God’s people.
